August 2026 was a particularly busy period for Inner Sanctum, with our team supporting three of the UK’s major music festivals simultaneously: Reading Festival, All Points East in London’s Victoria Park and Victorious Festival in Portsmouth.
Across the three events, we supplied furniture and equipment for artist dressing rooms, production offices, VIP areas, hospitality spaces and backstage compounds, each with its own requirements and production schedule.
Delivering three major festivals at once demonstrated not only the breadth of our furniture inventory, but also the strength of our logistics operation and the experience of our team.
Supporting three festivals simultaneously required careful planning and coordination across our office, warehouse and transport teams, with each event operating to its own schedule and site requirements.
Our involvement covered a wide range of environments. Backstage, we supplied furniture to create comfortable dressing rooms for artists and their teams, alongside practical working spaces for production staff. Across the VIP and hospitality areas, the focus shifted towards creating welcoming environments for guests, while backstage compounds required functional furniture suited to the demands of a busy festival site.
With three major events taking place at the same time, our warehouse team worked to prepare and allocate stock across the different productions. Transport and delivery schedules were coordinated around site access, build periods and the individual requirements of each festival.
Working across Reading, London and Portsmouth meant managing separate locations, multiple production teams and overlapping deadlines. Our team’s familiarity with festival environments allowed us to work efficiently alongside other contractors and adapt to the changing demands of each site.
